Daniel is the Technology Director of Sinapi, he is responsible for the company´s information systems and technologies and, in addition, is responsible for identifying and providing the necessary technologies for the company’s processes to function as well as possible focusing on capacity planning and quality of delivery strategies.
Daniel has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. In terms of Globalization, Daniel drives product globalization to a new level of maturity and success, across the company’s portfolio of tools. Providing guidance, direction, and clarity on integrating Globalization services.
Outside the office, Daniel cooks for family and friends in the company of a good wine, reads books and watch movies.
Andrea Jiménez

Andrea is a Spanish-English translator and interpreter working as a Technical Support Agent Level 2 at Sinapi. With almost 15 years of experience in the localization industry, she has explored various Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools, as well as diverse Translations Management Systems (TMS). Her daily tasks include administrating different TMSs, assisting linguists and project managers to overcome technical difficulties, and training new team members. Eager to explore new technologies, Andrea is constantly inquiring into new tools to incorporate the latest innovations in the localization field into her everyday work.
