Job Description

Sinapi is looking for a Tech Support to work onsite in our offices in Rosario for our clients based in CA, USA. As part of the support team, you will be responsible for all localization workflow tools involved in the project lifecycle. You will learn to effectively use both proprietary and third-party tools to provide the best service. We are looking for a proactive individual who learns quickly and collaborates, given that we work on a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

 

Position Requirements

  • Advanced English skills, both written and oral is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resolution-driven and client-oriented.
  • Proactive nature and desire to continue learning periodically.
  • Experience in the localization industry as a localization engineer or similar is a plus.

 

Desired Skills

* General knowledge on Windows servers (configuring users, registry, applying patches, etc).
* Ability to read and troubleshoot XML coding.
* Ability to work with Virtual Machines.
* Advanced knowledge on MS Office (Excel) that includes building macros or using Visual Basic.
* General knowledge on Operating Systems (Windows/Mac is a plus)
* Ability to adapt to new environments, work as part of a team and understand complexities surrounding the technology.
* Knowing JavaScript and CSS will be taken into account.
* Advanced skills on Excel and Goodle Sheets, ability to write macros is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of prior experience in Digital Marketing or similar Marketing positions.
  • Previous experience with US clients is a plus.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Resolution driven and client oriented.
  • Proactive nature and desire to continue learning periodically.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/XML.

 

Desired Skills

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

Job Description

Sinapi is looking for a Localization Project Manager to work onsite in our offices in Rosario for our clients based in CA, USA. The role requires the ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment and to manage under aggressive delivery schedules. Everyday tasks require the management of linguistic, technical and visual quality, coordination with client staff, setting of budgets and management of costs. The candidate must adhere to the project translation/localization strategy as defined by the Globalization Manager, produce high impact results, shorten localization time-to-market, reduce costs and help the client company achieve its global business objectives.

 

Position Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior project management/coordination experience in localization.
  • Previous experience with US clients is a plus.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life-cycle to clients.
  • Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management.
  • Problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proactive nature and desire to continue learning periodically.

 

Desired Skills

* 3 years of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the localization industry) or PMP.
* Proficient in translation memory tools (Trados, SDLX).
* Extensive experience with Globalization Management Systems, such as WorldServer and SDL TMS.
